FEMA’s National Flood Insurance Program is an interesting mix of public service messaging and hardcore flood insurance sales. The PSA was shot by James Gartner of Gartner Films directly after Hurricane Katrina. Honored as Shoot Magazine’s Top Spot, it features real New Orleans musicians who were displaced by the hurricane.
